Before going independent, I built this expertise across two cornerstone roles. As Dispatch & Fleet Supervisor at Almarai, I managed fleet operations for one of the region's largest food distribution networks handling routing, driver performance, real-time logistics coordination and operational continuity at scale. As Facilities Supervisor at Expertise Company, I managed the infrastructure that keeps large-scale service environments running: coordinating teams, vendors, assets, schedules and stakeholder communication so that nothing fell through the cracks at the leadership level. Most recently, I led an end-to-end Operations Manager role for an eCommerce business taking full ownership from the ground-up setup through to a structured handover.
